The design, content, photos, logos and all other information on the valleytablecloth.com website are protected by copyright and trademark laws. You are not allowed to copy in part or as a whole any of the information found on this website.

Legal actions will be taken against any party who are using content from this website without having our written authorization to do so.  

We may send you information by email regarding your order status or other details about your order or quote. It is your responsibility to white list our email address and make sure that your internet service provider does not block our communications. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive messages from us.

Order management

Even if you receive an order confirmation from us, it may happen that some items may be back order. We are not responsible for delays or unavailability of products featured on our website, even if you receive an order confirmation for an item. We give no guarantee that any of our products will be available or shipped to you by a specific date.

If we sent the wrong product or an item is missing on your order, we reserve the right to replace it by a similar product or an equivalent product. We do not issue any refunds if a product is not returned to us according to our return policy.

Fabric dye of a same color may vary slightly from one production lot to the next. We do not refund or exchange products that may have slight color difference unless we determine that this color difference is too noticeable. Valleytablecloth makes the final decision in these situations.

Return policy

All product returns or exchanges must be initiated within 5 business days from the receiving date of your order. We do not accept refund / exchange requests past this period of time. You must ask for a return merchandise return authorization number (MRA) before sending us any item back for a refund or exchange. Products returned without an MRA number will not be refunded or exchanged.

The customer is responsible to pay the shipping fee to return any item(s), in all circumstances, no exceptions. We do not refund the original shipping cost, even if items are defective, missing, if we made a mistake on your order or any other circumstances.

Valley Tablecloth will not refund any product before looking at the condition of the returned product, which must be new, unused and properly shipped in a protective bag. We reserve the right not to refund a returned product in case these conditions are not met or if a product has been misused, damaged or wrongfully used. Valley tablecloth will inspect returned product and decide to issue a refund or not. This decision is final and not subject to appeal.

If you experience any problem with your order, such as shipping or quality related issues contact us directly, as soon as possible. Contact us before trying to solve a problem through your credit card company as we have the resources to help you. Getting in touch with your credit card company may result in additional delays and administrative fees so it is mandatory to get in touch with us first.

All items on sale or discounted items are final sales, non-refundable.

Lost / damaged items in shipping

Valley Tablecloth is not responsible for lost / damaged items in shipping. You must file a complaint directly with the shipping company in case your order was damaged or items are missing because of delivery. Please contact the shipping company to get more information.

Order cancellation and order changes

Once your order transaction has been confirmed and paid, we cannot cancel your order. You may ask for a refund but we cannot guarantee that we can stop the order process before it is shipped. The same situation applies for order changes: if your order is confirmed and paid, you may ask to make changes but we cannot guarantee that we can modify your order before it is shipped. If you want to add an item to an order after it has been confirmed, you must make a separate order to do so.

Taxes

We apply all federal and state taxes according to the destination address of your order. Please advise us BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER if you or your company have special tax exemptions so we can manually make adjustments to your invoice. We will NOT be able to refund you the tax if you do not advise us before placing your order.

Typographical error

Although we take great care to make sure all the information on our website is accurate and up to date, errors may occasionally occur. In case you placed an order based on incorrect prices, we may cancel or refund your order.

Warranty

All products sold by Valley Tablecloth are not covered by any warranty and must be used as is. We cannot guarantee that products will match a specific color, size or description for a particular application, although we always try to get the closest possible characteristics to the ones described on our website. Different dye batch may result in slightly different color variations. We cannot guarantee that a color will be exactly the same from one batch to the other.

It is the customer’s responsibility to try, test our products before use. We are not responsible for any accident or damages resulting from the use of our products, whether it is the intended or unintended use of our items. Avoid smoking or placing flammable products in proximity of our products. Always follow fire safety recommendation from your local fire department.

Valley Tablecloth and all its business operations are under the jurisdiction of the province of Ontario, Canada. Any legal matter related to transactions or other business-related matters through this website are governed by the jurisdiction of the province of Ontario, Canada.
